What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Boot using the plymouth spinner theme. (One of the plymouth themes in RHEL)
The RedHat logo was not seen during bootup
What is the impact of this issue to you?
When showing a RHEL machine to potential customers, it looks inferior to other Linux distributions because those other distributions show the logo the whole time.

Steps to reproduce
- Install RHEL 9 or RHEL 10 with graphics (Server with GUI)
- Reboot
- Look at spinning circle during bootup
Expected results
There should be the redhat logo below the spinning circle.
Actual results
There is nothing.
