What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The package `libwebp-tools` is missing from RHEL 8 Codeready repository.  The package is available for RHEL 7(optional repo)/9(codeready repo)/10(cedeready-beta)

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

Steps to reproduce

1. libwebp-tools-0.3.0-11.el7.x86_64.rpm

1. libwebp-tools-1.2.0-8.el9_3.x86_64.rpm( codeready-builder-for-rhel-9-x86_64-rpms)

1.   libwebp-tools-1.3.2-8.el10.x86_64.rpm   ( codeready-builder-beta-for-rhel-10-x86_64-rpms)

Expected results

The `libwebp-tools` to be shipped with the (codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms)

Actual results

The `libwebp-tools`  is not shipped with RHEL 8.
