There is a minor bug where clang-devel does not require llvm-devel, but it should require it if the user wants to use the find_package for clang. Failing to do so results in this error:
CMake Error at /usr/lib64/cmake/clang/ClangConfig.cmake:10 (find_package): Could not find a package configuration file provided by "LLVM" (requested version 19.1.7) with any of the following names: LLVMConfig.cmake llvm-config.cmake
