      sq decrypt asks for password even if --password-file argument is specified.

      Reproducer:

      sq key generate --new-password-file=/etc/passwd --userid Karel --own-key
sq encrypt --output encrypted --for-userid Karel --without-signature /etc/hosts
sq --password-file=/etc/passwd decrypt encrypted

      Package version: rust-sequoia-sq-1.3.0-2.el10_0
