Original description:

Goal

• Make changelog of pcs-web-ui available to the users
  • Make pcs-web-ui changelog available in %files
  • When updating to a new upstream pcs-web-ui version, mention the new changelog in RPM changeog in a similar style as we do for pcs

Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify that pcs-web-ui changelog is mentioned in RPM changelog
• Verify that pcs-web-ui changelog is present in the pcs RPM package
