.Automatic RAID checks are enabled by default

With this update, the `raid-check` service is enabled by default. This ensures that `raid-check.service` runs automatically at scheduled intervals after the system boots, performing periodic RAID consistency checks without requiring manual intervention.

mdadm raid-check.timer is used to run raid check service. It should be enable by default. I tried to file a bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1817492 for fedora to fix similar issue. I can't find systemd-maint, so I choose systemd against component. If I'm wrong, please feel free to tell me.
