Ensure that commands needed by the entry point are present

      Currently, there are tests in the Dockerfile to ensure the presence of certain files that are expected to be in the image. These are dictionaries, manuals, info pages and translations.

      However, there are no tests to ensure the presence of commands that are needed by the entry point of Toolbx containers (ie., toolbox init-container). This is important because if any of these commands go missing from the image the container won't start.
