What were you trying to do that didn't work?

While upgrading from 9.6 to 10.0 on x86 with SAP HANA running, there is an inhibitor which blocks an upgrade if SAP HANA is running. For ppc64le case the inhibitor didn't work.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

It's not a blocker for the release. We have a doc line asking to stop all SAP processes prior the upgrade in the upgrade guide, and customers should be aware of stopping all SAP processes even for yum update. Nevertheless, it needs a fix as it's good to have.

How reproducible is this bug?:

checked twice, on different VMs, on both leapp didn't inhibit running HANA

Steps to reproduce

1. Install HANA on ppc64le 9.6
2. Ensure HANA is running
3. Upgrade from 9.6 to 10.0

Expected results

Running HANA inhibitor

Actual results

No detected SAP HANA running
