Goal

• Migrate c9s STI tests to tmt to enable Testing Farm post-install functionality required for RHIVOS Functional Safety Certification
• Please migrate the STI test to tmt before March 31, 2025

Acceptance criteria

• tmt c9s gating tests exist in dist-git for your package
• tmt dist-git plan successfully runs against aarch64 architecture in OSCI
