As part of

• Bug 1661513 - glibc: Adjust to rpm's find-debuginfo.sh changes, to keep stripping binaries

we now ship debuginfo in ld.so, to help observability and debugging. This causes rpminspect failures, but these failures are expected. With an rpminspect.yaml file, we can suppress these errors.

Furthermore, rpminspect treats the limited .symtab section in several DSOs as debuginfo, too, so these should be suppressed as well.

The other issues are:

• upstream: We update SourceNNN files without rebases occasionally.
• badfuncs: rpminspect does not know about required internal glibc uses.
• rpmdeps: We want glibc-benchtests to be independent of glibc versions.
• pathmigration: This is an intentional gap, see RHEL-63048 and RHEL-67332.
