Microshift CI is testing upgrades from 9.4 to 9.6 and caught the fact that this old bootc predates https://github.com/bootc-dev/bootc/commit/8e19d6e848239cb6793bfd24c04414337d84f6a4 and our latest images (after the custom base image rework) drop it.
