upgrading from RHEL9.6 to RHEL10, if install podman and buildah, due to containers-common-extra is the dependency of buildah, so containers-common-extra will be installed, then use leapp upgrading to RHEL10, podman will be removed during the upgrading process. If I mannually remove containers-common-extra by 'rpm -e --nodeps containers-common-extra' in RHEL9.6, then use leapp upgrading to RHEL10, podman will not be removed.
- prepare a RHEL9.6 vm(later RHEL-9.6.0-20250302.8, containers-common-extra is a new rpm involved recently, before RHEL-9.6.0-20250302.8 no this issue)
- login to the vm, install podman and buildah
- use leapp upgrding the vm to latest-RHEL-10.0
- after upgrading, login to the vm, podman not exist
