Capability to run a containerized qemu-kvm 9.6 on rhel10 host. As we know this might be used at some point by CNV, let’s formalize its testing and support.

To install: (both hosts
provision RHEL 9.7
dnf install libvirt qemu-kvm
systemctl start virtqemud.socket

the RHEL10.1 host:

restart computer to run with RHEL 10.1
run the job with RHEL 9.7 -> RHEL 9.7

we need to conduct this test on all hardware. 4k, 64k.
only run ping-pong migration test on both hosts respectively
