      • The bond_slb_l3_bridge_garp CI test pass successfully in RHEL-9.6 as it is when using NM main branch

      ( ) Code changes are included in a downstream build attached to an errata.

      ( ) All required testing (manual and/or automated) passes successfully.

      ( ) Related documentation updates (if applicable) have been completed.

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      for some unknown reason, we see bond_slb_l3_bridge_garp and bond_slb_garp tests failing.

      It's not failing on the main. We see this only on the stock 9.6 package. 1.52.0

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      internal customers wanted to have this for openshift
