What is the impact of this issue to you?
We cannot release another version of CentOS Stream 10

How reproducible is this bug?:
Steps to reproduce
- Download an image (either dvd or boot.iso) from a release with all the latest packages. https://composes.stream.centos.org/stream-10/production/CentOS-Stream-10-20250306.1/compose/BaseOS/x86_64/iso/
- Try to install using that image.
Expected results
Installs, or at the very least, starts the installer.
Actual results
Anaconda crashes before it get's to graphics (or text if doing a text install)
