while the same tests run on both 9.4 and 9.0.

it looks like the tests/run_tests.sh is not up to date so the best course of action here is to try to bring it up to date with what we do in 9.4/9.0 and fix it from there if there are any additional 9.2 specifics.

specifically import locations ie /usr/lib/fence-agents/bundled in 9.2 vs /usr/lib/fence-agents/support in 9.0 and 9.4
