Unable to perform updates via the UI. Can be worked around with terminal.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      cockpit-333-1.el10.src.rpm

      How reproducible is this bug?:

Happens every time I try to view the Software Updates panel.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Installed CentOS Stream 10 from LiveCD Alt
      2. Installed cockpit
      3. Logged in and try to see "Software updates"

      Expected results

View all of the packages to be updated.

      Actual results

      I receive the following error

Failed to download gpg key for repo 'epel': Curl error (37): Could not read a file:// file for file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-EPEL-$releasever_major [Couldn't open file /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-EPEL-$releasever_major]

There is no issues running dnf in the terminal, this resolves just fine.
