virtio-win smbus driver is in /usr/share/ but not virtio-win.iso

      There's smbus.* files in /usr/share/virtio-win, but they aren't on the virtio-win iso. I only checked virtio-win-1.9.45-0.el10_0.noarch , maybe the issue has been there longer. It's unclear if smbus should be gone everywhere, or available everywhere.
