I would like to package python-SecretStorage in EPEL, without disabling the tests

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Can't package python-SecretStorage in EPEL without disabling tests

Please package libsecret-mock-service in CentOS 10 and publish it in CRB so EPEL packages can consume it. I will submit the pull request achieving this, tested locally with mockbuild.
