      Start a vm with custom cpu model, them virtqemud crash.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      libvirt-10.10.0-6.el10.aarch64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Define vm using below cpu model setting
      2.   <cpu mode='custom' match='exact' check='partial'>    <model fallback='allow'>sddcortex-a57</model>  </cpu>

      3. Start vm
      4.  

      Expected results

      VM starts normally

      Actual results

      [root@ampere-mtcollins-altra-02 coredump]# virsh start avocado-vt-vm1
