"Keyboard Shortcuts" menu item is disabled. I can not access it.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

The information of keyboard shortcuts remains veiled to me.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open gnome-connections application
2. Click on menu
3. Try to select "Keyboard Shortcuts" menu item

Expected results

I can select "Keyboard Shortcuts" and information about keyboard shortcuts is then provided to me

Actual results

Can not select above mentioned menu item. The menu item is disabled
