      Boot and launch gdm with latest kernel and NVIDIA driver in distro

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Can't boot with kernels after 5.14.0-554.el9.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      gdm fails to launch every time with the two latest kernel releases

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Have a working machine with kernel 5.14.0-554.el9.x86_64 and nvidia driver 570.86.15.
      2. sudo dnf update
      3. reboot

      Expected results

      Machine boots to graphical gnome display manager login screen.

      Actual results

      Machine boots to black screen with blinking cursor. Errors in journal and Xorg.0.log
