We understand that it needs to land before it can be backported to RHEL 10, but given long timelines for features in RHEL, we are raising this now as a heads up.

If at all possible, we want to know what version of RHEL 10 this can land in, if it is merged soon.

This is for a major Google project with a large customer base that plans to use RHEL 10. The feature is critical for the performance of networking in this project.
