What were you trying to do that didn't work?

To fix vipw/vigr not resuming when suspended, lines had been added to change pgid(ie. pgrp)

However, it does not undo the changed pgid, which affects the command line tools.

Steps to reproduce

1. Disable monitor-mode in bash.

# set +m

2. Run vipw or vigr

# vipw

Expected results

No logout.

Actual results

After exiting the editor, it logs out on its own
