I found out that similar to perl-DBD-MySQL and perl-DBD-MariaDB until recently, perl-DBD-Pg does not perform any testing with the SSL access to the DB. This is serious gap in the testing.

The testing needs to be updated similarly to perl-DBD-MariaDB and perl-DBD-MySQL to include sections for testing with SSL and without it.
