yum install bind

 INSTALLs WRONG version of bind, it install bind9.18

it installs bind9.18 instead of bind

Expected results

#it installs 'bind'

bind-9.16.23-24.el9_5.x86_64

yum install bind9.18

1. it installs bind9.18
