The actor that reports on non-RH signed packages and report needs to be distro-agnostic as the current text and code are misleading, pointing always to Red Hat as possible vendor. This could be confusing for users of other distributions and could cause e.g. falsely opened bug tickets on RHEL system instead. Also the code is inconsistent with other changes that have been already made and does not meet nowadays best practices. And also users are confused about the meaning of the particular report. Let's update it and improve UX on all systems.
