Goal

• As a user i want Dnsconfd to be able to use multiple custom locations for CA bundle in the sequence i specify. For example first try dns specific bundle and if it is not present, then use the global one.

The feature is pretty simple, with upstream PR https://github.com/InfrastructureServices/dnsconfd/pull/86 ready to be merged and poses no risk for any other component.

Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.
