Installing a machine while passing kargs console=ttyS0,115200n81 via PXE boot during installation:

package mode: console parameter is rolled forward into installed system, most likely via https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/blob/main/pyanaconda/modules/storage/bootloader/grub2.py#L218
image mode: uses bootupd, and console parameter is lost

expected behavior: in image mode, console parameter is also rolled forward into installed system
