Build qt6-qtwebengine on ppc64le in EPEL10
What is the impact of this issue to you?
I cannot build any qt6-qtwebengine package on ppc64le, or any of the packages that depend on it.

- fedpkg switch-branch epel10
- fedpkg build
Expected results
The package(s) should build on x86_64, aarch64, and ppc64le
Actual results
It only builds on x86_64 and aarch64
