      $ tpm2_eventlog --eventlog-version=2 mb_log_secureboot.bin

      on a file downloaded from https://github.com/RedHat-SP-Security/keylime-tests/raw/refs/heads/main/functional/keylime-policy-commands/mb_log_secureboot.bin

      Most likely a little/big-endian processing mismatch.

      cannot parse the measured boot log copied from a different system
