We need to add dnsconfd and dnsconfd-dracut to installer intitramfs and installer enviroment.

Dnsconfd realized that it can't be made a default for initramfs as it would pull dracut-network in by default which would be undesired / risky change of the behaviour.

There is a question if we want to get the package pulled into installer environment only or also make it an anaconda dependency.
