What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Device - Dell Precision 7780 // Certified to run on RHEL 9.
On machine boot, gnome does not start. The customer is prompted with a login prompt(runlvl3) The customer cannot login using the console screen.
However they can log to the machine via SSH, where they can the start gdm and everything then works as expected.
However the message log is filling with the following messages -
"kernel: pcieport 10000:e0:06.0: AER: Uncorrected (Non-Fatal) error received: 10000:00:06.0
Jan 9 15:41:31 SG-Field-3 kernel: pcieport 10000:e0:06.0: AER: can't find device of ID0030"
What is the impact of this issue to you?
This is a new system, and the customer needs to test and deploy the machine.

Steps to reproduce
- Boot the machine
- Try to login via the console.
Expected results
Gnome GUI starts and works as expected.
Actual results
Once logged in via SSH, they can the start gdm and everything then works as expected.
But, the syslog is getting filled with PCIe errors as mentioned above.
