      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a resource with agent without provider (e.g. systemd:crond)
      2. Go to the resource detail

      Expected results

      Resource agent description displayed in the detail.

      Actual results

      Error "Cannot load metadata of agent systemd:crond" displayed instead.
