User story 1

As a system administrator, I want the ability to manipulate existing snapshot sets:

• to remove (prune) snapshots from a snapshot set while keeping the remainder of the set
• to divide an existing snapshot set into two sets by choosing which snapshots to split off and providing a name for the new snapshot set
