        What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Bluetooth subsystem not working.

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      bluez-5.77-5.el10.x86_64
      kernel 6.12.0-48.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Only on some combinations of hardware / kernel. Currently seeing on intel-arrowlake-h-02.khw.eng.bos2.dc.redhat.com (RHEL-10.0-20250205.0)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. systemctl start bluetooth
      2. bluetoothctl scan on
      3.  

      Expected results

      Bluetooth working

      Actual results

       # bluetoothctl scan on
      No default controller available

       # journalctl -xe -> lots of errors "src/main.c:parse_config_string() parse_config_string passed a NULL value"

      see nothing relevant in dmesg
