      Some time ago we added a `.include /etc/pki/tls/openssl.d`line to openssl configuration file in RHEL-10. This is a folder containing drop-in provider configurations used , for example, by PKCS#11 provider and some others.

      I'm sorry for letting you to know too late but it would be great if you could switch ibmca provider configuration model to use this folder for configuration snippet.

      This change would let avoid editing main OpenSSL configuration file for enabling IBMCA and simplify the LEAPP actors.
