      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Now rng-tools is installed in the Azure image. According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1888695 , we can consider removing it from Azure images because in Azure hwrng Initialization is always failed.

      Don't install rng-tools in the Azure images
