Goal

• Release a new greenboot to pick up latest fixes for RHEL 9.5/9.6 and 10.0

Acceptance Criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify a new release of greenboot is available upstream v0.15.8
• Verify the package has been built for Fedora
• Verify we have Jira fields ready for c9s and c10s, or otherwise, create new Jiras
• Verify the package has been build for c9s and c10s
• Verify the package has been promoted to RHEL9/10 after osci
• Verify we have erratas for RHEL 9 and 10

Notes: this is needed because we need to pick up the fix in https://github.com/fedora-iot/greenboot/pull/199 , https://github.com/fedora-iot/greenboot/pull/198
