Given a system running RHEL with NetworkManager and OVS configured,

When an OVS bond becomes ready after an initial failure,

Then the NICs attached to the bond should automatically attempt to activate.

      Definition of Done:

      • The implementation meets the acceptance criteria
      • Integration tests are written and pass
      • The code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata

NIC attached to a OVS Bond - the NIC is blocked due to OVS bond not ready yet. Then, when the bond is activated the number of retries is reset but nothing happens.

That is not expected, after the number of retries is reset, the profile should start activating again.
