According to the RHEL 10 Image Mode Epic, we need to ensure that all existing tests in Package mode for dpdk also pass under Image Mode.
This is needed to ensure that the constraints (/usr is read-only for instance) of Image mode are not causing any issues with dpdk and that it works fine in this mode.
The tests on x86_64 and aarch64 are needed ((s390x/ppc64le not required yet).

This ticket must be done by end of Q1 2025. 

If issues found, please file a new Jira ticket referencing this component + the epic so that the team takes care of it asap. 

Acceptance criteria:

Given the existing test suite for dpdk,

When the QE Engineer builds a RHEL 10 Image Mode image and runs all existing tests on both x86_64 and aarch64,

Then, all tests either pass or any issues discovered are logged in separate Jira tickets for remediation.

Definition of Done:

• The existing dpdk test suite is successfully run on x86_64 and aarch64 in a RHEL 10 Image Mode environment
• Any test failures or read-only filesystem issues are documented, and separate Jira tickets are filed for defects.
