After installing Flatpak LibreOffice application garbage characters are seen.

Install RHEL 10 in any of the CJK locales
Install flatpak LibreOffice application - "flatpak install rhel org.libreoffice.LibreOffice"
Open the application
Garbage characters are seen

No Garbage characters are seen
