Add full-version-and-arch file to /usr/lib/jvm/java-21-openjdk in el10

      As part of RHELBU-2869 I was going to do the following (copied from email):

      OK, I will add a non-alternatives-managed relative symbolic link in:

| /usr/lib/jvm

The link name will be:

| java-21-openjdk-21.0.4.0.7-2.fc40.x86_64

and it will point to the directory:

| java-21-openjdk

I will add it on my RHELBU-2869 merge request.  It will be listed as a
normal symbolic link in the %files section, so that it will be handled
just like other normal files across upgrades (no references required in
scriptlets).

      I forgot to do this item as part of RHELBU-2869. I am filing this as a separate JIRA issue since RHELBU-2869 is done now.
