Description of problem:
fence_gce was updated in https://github.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/blob/main/agents/gce/fence_gce.py

This update does not yet reflect on RHEL 7/8 systems

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
fence-agents-gce-4.2.1-41.el7_9.6.x86_64 (for 7.9)

How reproducible:
yum update fence-agents-gce
curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ClusterLabs/fence-agents/main/agents/gce/fence_gce.py --output /tmp/fence_gce.py
diff $(which fence_gce) /tmp/fence_gce.py

Actual results:
Outdated version of fence_gce agent available

Expected results:
Latest version of fence_gce to be available

Additional info:
This should be available for all "for SAP" supported versions of RHEL7 (7.6, 7.7, 7.9)
