Given a DPDK physical port (e.g., ens4f0) in an OVS-DPDK user-mode bridge,

When the system administrator sets dpdk-lsc-interrupt=false in the NetworkManager connection profile,

Then, the OVS interface’s dpdk-lsc-interrupt option is set to false and the LSC detection uses polling mode instead of interrupts.

Definition of Done

NetworkManager’s OVS plugin supports dpdk-lsc-interrupt configuration.

Integration tests validate polling mode and MTU propagation.

Code is part of a downstream build attached to an errata and backported to RHEL 9.4.

Documentation updated for new OVS-DPDK options.

We need to enable NetworkManager’s OVS plugin to configure dpdk-lsc-interrupt=false.

These settings are important for RHOSP NFV/telco customers using OVS-DPDK with polling mode drivers to achieve maximum performance.
