Few flag color emoji input not correct and rendering issue while selecting emoji from dropdown in KDE applications.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any Qt based application with text input eg kwrite, kate
2. Enter in flag emoji number 7, 9, 11.

Expected results

Emoji input should be correct and while selecting the emoji, rendering should be correct after emoji prefix e.

Actual results

 Flag emoji are not displayed correctly and while selecting emoji from dropdown rendering is not correct ( )for selected emoji.

Note: These flag emoji are duplicated in the list, out of which one is working fine. (eg: 7 and 8 are same, out of which 8 input is correct and 7 is not rendered correctly)
