This issue was filed by a member of the OKD community: https://github.com/okd-project/okd/issues/2084 where it tries to get the container images directly form redhat (which requires authentication) instead of docker hub.

I see that https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/containers-common contains the rhel-shortnames file. Is that intentional or is it a bug? Should rhel-shortnames only be applicable for containers-common shipped with RHEl?
