In assisted-installer, specifically in assisted-image-service, we retrieve the nmstatectl binary from squshFS. However, since EROFS is set to replace squshFS, we will require erofs-utils to fetch the nmstatectl from EROFS.

Our assisted-image-service is built on the RHEL9 base, meaning we need erofs-utils backported to any RPM being built for RHEL9. Currently, there is no RPM for erofs-utils on RHEL9, and we need the latest version of the code included in that RPM for RHEL9.
