What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Using NetworkManager-tui-1.48.10-5.el9_5.x86_64, the following below steps lead to a segmentation fault error:

1. nmtui-edit
2. Select "<Add>"
3. Select "Veth"
4. Select <Create>
5. Receive "Segmentation fault" error

What is the impact of this issue to you?

Not able to add veth interface using nmtui

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

Steps to reproduce

1. nmtui-edit
2. Select "<Add>"
3. Select "Veth"
4. Select <Create>
5. Receive "Segmentation fault" error

Expected results

After installing the beta packages we are able to add veth interface without any error. As attached in the jira

Actual results

We are getting segmentation error(core dumped) while adding veth interface.

However after installing the below beta packages for NM, the veth seems to be working fine :
