What is the impact of this issue to you?

We're about to roll out c10s at work, and would like to have the latest coreutils now rather than try to upgrade it and deal with any potential issue after we're done deploying

Current version lags behind the version in Rawhide (which already has 9.6). The Rawhide package rebuilds fine in a CBS.centos.org scratch build
